Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing the X-Knob. Because each unit is 3D-printed in small batches, we offer refunds only in the following situations:

Eligible Refunds

We will issue a refund or replacement if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Not functioning as intended

To request a refund, email us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or video showing the problem

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchases

  • Cosmetic imperfections typical of 3D printing

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
